Liquin
Oil Mediums from Winsor & Newton Liquin Original - A reliable favourite liquid alkyd medium. It's general purpose, low gloss improves flow and transparency. Mixes easily for smooth brushwork. Liquin original suits a textured oil technique. Available in 75ml, 250ml, 500ml, and 1 litre sizes. Liquin Fine Detail - A fluid gloss medium ideal for detailed work and smoothly blended areas absent of brushmarks. A modern alternative to traditional copal mediums that were based on natural resins. Increased resistance to yellowing. Available in 75ml, 250ml, and 500ml bottles. Liquin Light Gel - Slight gel which breaks down on brushing, flowing to a non-drip effect when mixed with colour. Ideal for glazing and looser handling. Dries to a gloss film with crack and yellowing resistance. Available in 75ml, 250ml, and 500ml bottles. Liquin Impasto - A semi-gloss medium ideal for artists currently using Oleopasto. Retains crisp textures without visible levelling. Dorlands Wax Medium A high quality fine arts medium ~ A translucent compound of waxes and resins. Non-yellowing wax/resin mixture strengthens oil paint against shrinkage, dirt and moisture. Used as a medium mixed with oil paints, pigments or powders, it resists cracking and dries more quickly than oils used by themselves. Improves luminosity and clarity of colours. Makes oils translucent and more brilliant. Works well as a varnish and final protective coating to dry paintings, metal sculpture, wood carvings and antiques. beeswax content provides the most authentic final treatment for woodwork. |

Turpenoid Natural Cleaner Oil paint cleaner, conditioner & medium thoroughly evaluated as non-toxic, non-flammable and safe for all ages. Will not irritate skin or eyes, emit harmful vapors, and is not an aspiration hazard Requires no special ventilation even in classroom settings. Highly effective brush cleaner for oils and alkyd paints, and can restore brushes with dried acrylic paint. After cleaning, simply rinse with water. Contains no ingredients which will deplete the ozone layer. No additional conditioners needed, it can even be used as a medium.

Mild Citrus Thinner From Eco-House Medium-strength, general purpose thinner and mild solvent. Combines highly purified mineral oils and natural essential oils. Use for thinning and clean up of oil-based resins, gums, varnishes, & waxes. Also use as a volatile medium with most conventional oil-based paint products including fine artist's oil paints. Not suitable for dissolving hard resins, such as dammar or copal.
